Goal 3: Quality education

 

Introduction:

Education without quality is like producing a product without application.  If education is accompanied by the miraculous element of quality, its output will be interested students and innovative graduates. The process of employing university professors is a multi-stage and complex process that will eventually lead to the recruitment of elite and proficient faculty members.

Currently Dr. Yaghoubi, the Vice Chancellor of Educational affairs, has made a comprehensive plan for the promotion of university professors. There are currently 70 full professors and associate professors in all fields. In addition to considering the situation of existing professors, Islamic Azad University of Mashhad has developed wise measures for young professors.

From another perspective, the professors of the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad are so developed in terms of knowledge that public universities such as Ferdowsi University of Mashhad seeks cooperation of the capable and young professors of this university. Description 4-3-1: General Resources (Lifelong Learning)

General sources of lifelong learning include the three sources of the Qur'an and the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them all, the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

Islamic Azad University of Mashhad Branch values ​​the lifelong learning cycle and in the current situation, it has become a learning organization in accordance with the learning organizations of Peter Singh.

And it has always portrayed the development of mental models, the promotion of personal capabilities, the elevation of teamwork, the creation of a common ideal, and the advancement of systemic thinking in the organizational environment.

Islamic Azad University, Mashhad Branch, follows the model of the UNESCO Educational Institution under the United Nations to focus on different aspects of literacy for the students and other citizens such as literacy in media, education, communication, emotions, computer and finance. Islamic Azad University of Mashhad has 6 urban events per week.

Islamic Azad University of Mashhad presents and recreates two events in the field of perceptual, analytical and decision-making skills, human, operational and technical skills at different levels for all who are affiliated so that they can move towards future professional and organizational goals.

Description 4-3-4: Activities to promote education beyond the campus

Islamic Azad University, Mashhad Branch, provides monthly and weekly sessions for promoting decision-making and problem-solving skills, creative thinking, critical thinking, cognitive flexibility, complex problem solving, human resource management, motivation to serve others, improving interpersonal relationships through the principles and techniques of negotiating and controlling emotional intelligence.

Description 4-3-5: Lifelong learning access policy

Based on its extra-organizational duties in the days of Corona, Islamic Azad University of Mashhad, produced educational content in cyberspace as well as educational and research packages to guide the citizens through educational institutions affiliated to the university, such as the Samaa complex. Fair distribution of welfare knowledge is one of the policies of easy access to lifelong learning in this organization.
