Introduction:In the view of Islam and the Qur'an, the criterion of human superiority over each other is knowledge and awareness. Thus, gender is not a determining factor in this area and all citizens can apply for the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad. Accordingly, there is no gender or race discrimination in this regard.

By launching various cultural clubs, the culture and student affairs vice chancellor has provided the ground for the growth of youth and students, regardless of race, gender, marital status and religion.

Some publications belonging to the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad, benefit the abilities and talents of women to the fullest as managing directors, editors, editorial boards and talented writers, which can immensely affect the quality and quantity of the journals.

The presence of women in specialized publications expands the depth and effectiveness of the journals due to the women’s qualities such as having perseverance, continuous sacrifice, feeling of belonging as well as internal control.

Qualitative description 5-3-1:

Follow-up for effective measuresOver fifteen thousand female students are interacting with the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad on a daily basis and these statistics belong to pre-Corona.

Public transportation and university-affiliated parking lots have paved the way for female students when entering the campuses.

intimate cooperation with Mashhad Municipality has led to the allocation of one of the main urban train lines to the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad Branch (Golbahar campus) toward the Balanced Urban Development Program, so that any citizen who wishes to access the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad can easily have access to it. Moreover, it is noteworthy to mention that 50% of the capacity of urban train lines is reserved for women and girls.

Qualitative Description 5-3-2:Policy Making for Application and Support Programs for Women in UniversityThe Islamic Azad University of Mashhad has approved and implemented codified plans for female students in the social, individual and knowledge layers, to lead each student in having a unique lifestyle throughout life. The resets of such programming will be independent, self-aware females with deep personalities who have self-control.

Ecotourism camps, book cafes, and plans for conscious marriage advocacy, Raising self-fulfilling children, extra-family communication, and growing self-knowledge provided by the university are examples of such support programs.

Qualitative description: 5-3-3: Support projects for university females 

Islamic Azad University of Mashhad has prioritized support and motivation programs including study opportunities, scientific trips, development of educational skills, improving the quality of teaching, improving creative ideas, scholarship preparation for female students based on the framework of legal and ethical standards of the university. Islamic Azad University of Mashhad has had designs and plans for females with any religion, race, culture for the development of self-awareness and self-actualization.

Qualitative description 5-3-4: The presence of women in social issuesThe presence of women in the political arena and social spheres is formed in a systematic and purposeful way, the obvious example of which is the presence of Dr. Maryam Ostadi in the board of directors of the engineering system of Khorasan Razavi province.

Another example is Ms. Shahnaz Remaram, a kind member of the Islamic Council of Mashhad, who grew to the position of speaker of the regional parliament.

In addition, we can see the evolution, solidarity, and functioning of NGOs within and outside the university, with women being pragmatists, leaders, pioneers of such efforts.

Qualitative description 5-4-1:

One of the indicators of the development of any society is the productivity of all human talents, including women and youth. This important goal is accomplished by the eestablishment of a center for talent assessment and talent search of university candidates upon entering the university with the cooperation of research departments. Therefore, the statistics of female graduates confirm the prominence and necessity of the actions which need to be taken by the university officials.

Furthermore, the presence of highly educated female staff is a testament to the supportive actions for women academics who work in a safe environment with a passion for responsibility based on citizenship behavior and organizational commitment.

Qualitative description 5-4-1: Proportion of female graduates in various fieldslooking at the statistics of female graduates fairly and wisely, one can see a fair distribution of human resources and capital in all dimensions. The presence of women graduates will pave the way for a stable family and the production of balanced employment, and will help to improve as a developed society. From another perspective, it is deemed true that the utopia sought by Greek scientists passes through the path of knowledgeable women.

Qualitative description 5-6-1: Non-discrimination policy against womenwe are witnessing the phenomenon of glass ceilings for women in many countries and societies. Islamic Azad University of Mashhad has been against the ceiling for women and has fought and provided a platform for women to enter the field of management, For instance, from the 9 existing faculties at the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad, the management of the two faculties is assigned to two women. In addition, out of 600 faculty members, about 210 faculty members are female.

Islamic Azad University of Mashhad Branch has provided conditions for students with small children to be able to leave their children in the university-affiliated kindergarten with full trust to study with peace of mind during the hours they attend university classes. In return, the kindergarten officials provide the children with the best educational and recreational methodology.

Qualitative description 5-6-5: Child care facilities for staff and faculty:

The kindergarten affiliated to the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad, is a semi-intelligent kindergarten arising from the intellectual structure of academics. Transportation service, experienced instructors, pleasant content appropriate to the age conditions, intelligence discovery and skill training are the characteristics of this semi-intelligent kindergarten.

As Islamic Azad University of Mashhad is concerned with the growth of members of the organization, according to the theory of human productivity, it also pays special attention and emphasis to the quality of education of family members of its staff as the most valuable human resources. This is one of the honors of Islamic Azad University of Mashhad.

Qualitative Description 5-6-6: Women's guidance

In the transcendent teachings of the post-Islamic civilization, women have been depicted as the most pivotal and principal members of the family, in other words, "women are basil of paradise."Therefore, in compliance with nucleology, epistemology and anthropology, the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad gives heavenly respect and extraterrestrial honor to women.

To this end, it provides all kinds of services and activities honorably and devotedly for women, and operationally implements welfare training on a weekly basis so that university women can create a homogeneous balance between the goals of the university and the goals of the family. Thus, investing in women is viewed as investing in societies from the perspective of reformists and sociologists.

Islamic Azad University of Mashhad has launched a system for the graduation process so that graduates can follow the process of issuing and obtaining their degrees with full transparency, speed, accuracy, flexibility and legality.

Qualitative Description 5-6-8: Policies to protect gender discrimination reporters 

Islamic Azad University of Mashhad strongly defends the narrators of social problems and observers of civil rights within the university, and if the reports received after the verification lead to the realization of the right and removal of obstacles those involved are confidentially appreciated.

Our university also welcomes any constructive and effective proposals in the field of women in the body of the brainstorming cycle. Fighting human injustice and gender discrimination increases the durability, survival and reputation of the university, and the realization of this good deed requires the civic participation of academics.
